The dungeons of Hogwarts Castle are located under the school, and it is colder there than in the main castle. Here you will find the potions classroom, Slytherin Head of House, and if you are cunning enough; the Slytherin Common Room.

As soon as you enter Hogwarts, double doors to the right lead into the Great Hall. The Hufflepuff common room, the kitchens, the dungeons, and the Grand Staircase can also be accessed via the Entrance Hall.

The first floor is where you will find the Gryffindor Head of House, Defense Against the Dark Arts, History of Magic, and the Muggle Studies classrooms. Many students can be found lazying around the hallways before classes start.

The second floor is primarily used as teachers office's. If you need a meeting with a professor, or may be serving detention with one; this is more than likely where you will meet.

On the third floor you will find the Charms classroom, the Library, and the trophy room. Students come here during free time to study or seek inspiration from the many trophies scatted through the room.

The fourth floor is home to the hospital wing, matrons office, and the classroom built specific for study hall. If you are ever sick, hurt, or just want to lounge and study; this is the floor you need.

The fifth floor plays host to the music and art rooms. Students come to this room to expand their artistic abilities. The prefects bathroom is also located on this floor.

The sixth floor is where students can find their Ancient Runes Classroom. Since the return of magic; ancient runes has become an very popular class.

Knockturn Alley is a shopping area off Diagon Alley in London. It is filled with lots of shops devoted to the Dark Arts, including Borgin and Burkes, which specializes in objects that have curious and strong magical properties. Usually, unusual, dangerous and scary people walk around there.

Hogsmeade Village, or simply called Hogsmeade, is the only all-wizarding village in Britain. It was founded by Hengist of Woodcroft. Since before 1714 (when the 1714 Edict was passed), Hogwarts third years and above have been permitted weekend trips into the village. Mainly, students frequent the High Street in the village which contains the named specialty shops and pubs such as Honeydukes. Otherwise, they wander on to observe the infamous Shrieking Shack.

Magical London is mixed into Muggle London without the muggles knowing. Magic protects not only the Ministry of Magic, but the Memorial Park as well.

Godric's Hollow is a village in the West Country of England. It is a small community, which centers on a village square with only a church, a post office, a pub, and a few retail shops. The residential streets are lined with quaint cottages, and an area called Church Lane that leads up to the church.
