General Appearance: Ruby is rather tall for a girl her age, standing around 5"8 with a slender figure that is often described as an hourglass figure. She has pale, almost white skin and red hair that falls halfway down her back in neat beach waves. She has a love heart shaped face and startling blue eyes that are flecked with grey in the curve of her iris; her eyes seem to change colour depending on her mood, the grey for example becomes especially noticeable when she is angry. Despite being so pale she has a very faint, natural blush that always becomes more prominent when she is embarrassed, leading to a lot of teasing from her friends and loved ones.

Due to her flirty nature, Ruby has a tendency to sway her hips very deliberately when she walks. When nervous, Ruby always plays with her hair, whether it's twisting it around in her fingers or tugging at it. If she wants to be on her own, she strides with more of a purpose and her shoulders squared in an attempt to look intimidating and keep people away, although she isn't very good at appearing overly aggressive. When socialising or bored - or both at the same time, Ruby slouches with her arms crossed, and a rather passive expression. Although it is very rare for her not to smile and also very rare she shows how bored she is in a situation.

Biography

History: Ruby was born shortly after the second Wizarding war and grew up in a poverty stricken household. Her parents struggled to make ends meet but still managed to give the small family whatever they needed and so Ruby has learnt to respect people and items rather than just take it for granted.

At the age of three Ruby began to show signs of magic much to the relief of her father, seeing as her older brother hadn't yet shown any noticeable signs of magic. When Ruby was ten, her mother fell pregnant with her younger sister Iris, who she quickly grew to have a close bond with.

During the summer that's just passed, Ruby's parents were murdered at the hands of Death Eaters leaving her under the care of her brother.
